Yo, so my name is Bunny and I’m coming out the closet.

And I could use some help cuz my parents are so old fashioned.

But tbh, I can’t say I’m attracted to conventional meat.

All the pollution they cause, diseases they aid,

and animals they abuse does not turn me on.

I’ve even experimented with going vegan, but that can get difficult.

I just wanted a spouse who was delicious, nutritious, and not ruining the Earth.

So I thought I was going to be alone forever, until I learned about alternative proteins.

Below you can learn about alternative proteins, how they can change the world,

and what you can do to help me find my perfect partner.

Alternative proteins are foods that try mimic or improve upon conventional animal products such as meat and milk, without bothering animals and ruining the planet.

Some examples include almond milk and veggie burgers, though there’s a lot more on the way. Alternative proteins are in their infancy and still getting cheaper, healthier, and tastier.

Meeting alternative proteins is fun, but writing about them is hard so this article is not ready just yet. But don’t let that stop you from learning about them and how you might be able to help them reach their incredible potential.
